Physical Education plays a big role in schools of today. We all need to exercise because we all need to live active and healthy lives and fight obesity one kid at a time. P.E. matters.
I agree that it is necessary try and live an active and healthy life. Without people living healthy lives the world would be full of more pain and agony then it already is and who wants that?
Excellent photo and comments. Yes, we all need some type of physical activity. For younger people more activity! I also think that playing and being involved in team sports will help children stay active and away from boredum which could lead to negative activities such as drugs.
Price, This is a great post. PE definitely does matter to our children and grandchildren. They need the exercise. PE is just important as any other subject taught in schools. Schools need to go back to the days when all kids strived to receive the President's physical fitness award. It used to make kids in my day strive for excellence in gymn. Thanks for the post. I agree that P.E. is very important. Children need to be stimulated and challenged. I think the schools need to expand on what they are teaching the children. P.E. does not have to consist of learning to play a sport, the instructors can teach the kids dance, yoga and other basic strengthening exercises.
I put this picture up and post because P.E. needs to stay in the Not only does P.E. get kids to stay active it helps them become a better person as a team player, a leader, and more. Activities can keep kids away from drugs, alcohol and more. P.E. starts with the schools of today.

They should stick this on the wall at schools! PE does matter! It's so important to be active. Not only does it keep the body healthy, but it helps the brain. Sports and just general physical movement helps development (especially for the little ones). Good post
