The future of Classrooms.
Here is a school in west Philadelphia that was making advancements toward making school much more technological and help the students learn more and faster.
Rick thank you for sharing this web site with the class. I'm so exited about this new school. I'm excited that they have decided to invest in publi education in the poor city of Philadelphia. The students appeared to be exited and this is a major step that leads them onto the road of sucess. I hope onne day that all children regardless of race or economic status have equal education.
Great post, Rick. This is what we need more of. Technology should have a major role in the way children learn today. It is around us every day and we need to know how to use it properly to live more successful lives. Bill Gates says that “today’s schools are obsolete” and he is right. Schools in the 21st century should teach about real world problems and how to solve them instead of just reading from books and memorizing information. We need to teach children how to find the information because it is right there at their fingertips all the time.
